Challenge

Bambody has been an incredible success across the globe. One of the first period underwear brands, the Australian owner had only sold through Amazon and now wanted to begin to own their customer data. A strategy workshop was needed to understand the brand deeply and analyse the data we had, while delivering a 12 month roadmap and tactical plan to execute so we could help reach their goals.

Approach

In collaboration with the owner, we undertook a strategy workshop to truly understand the business and their audience.
From this roadmap we were able to establish clear goals and the path for success.

  • We took a competitor analysis globally and assessed where he was positioned against the landscape
  • We understood what specific value they had comparatively to their competitors
  • We did a SWOT analysis to understand all angles of the business and what future opportunities/ obstacles we might encounter
  • We planned a detailed timeline, budget and tactical plan that changed the game from Amazon to his own website.

We were then able to deploy our experts to the project, delivering UX design and Conversion optimisation to the site and a complex eCommerce funnel that has manychat, email, coupon offers, loyalty programs and social media paid ads integration.
