Challenge

Empower Healthcare came to us in need of paid channel specialists to drive leads for their business. They had a new website but no leads coming through and a face to face sales team in 3 states. They had previously been receiving leads organically, but had now lost SEO ranking.

Approach

In collaboration with their existing marketing team, we undertook a strategy workshop to truly understand the business and their audience.
From this roadmap we were able to establish clear goals and the path for success.

  • We create and refined this audience inside of facebook ads and leveraged all exisiting email lists.
  • With chatbots and email nurture sequences we kept them engaged & retargeted back to the referral goal.
  • We recognised early on that the audience was emotional – so the content needed to come from real life stories.
  • As they grow, we adjust with them, building recruitment campaigns & webinar engagement.
